The Chinese government may refuse to enter into trade talks with the United States this month if the Trump government advances additional tariffs on imported Chinese products, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday, citing Chinese officials.
The US has proposed the talks, but at the same time have moved ahead with planning additional tariffs on about $ 200 billion worth of Chinese products, the paper said.
